GREAT FOR SINGLE OFFICES OR DSO
This year will be a test on every practice and you can be a big winner if you think like a consumer when you set up the practice for the New Year. Don’t wait to do it today, and become the credentialed CBCT Scan Practice in your area. You can advertise, bill medical and keep every patient informed on the benefits of your practice over the others.
Ask yourself this question, if you had to take a CBCT scan and had to pay upfront for it, would you look for an office to bill your insurance? Would you be ok with paying up front without being able to bill, or will that come out of the already tight budget your family is living on?
Just today I spoke with three practices who have complained about the overhead of the practice, and the lower fees of dental insurance, and patients are again holding back from the YES ANSWER TO LET ME GO OVER WITH MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER.
Radsite has been able to set up a functional and efficient user portal is an important part of any accreditation program. That being said, we are very excited to announce that we have released a completely redesigned version of RadSite’s online accreditation application portal and software to support the MIPPA Accreditation Program (MAP)!
For those who don’t know, the MAP program allows providers who bill the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for CT, procedures to apply for accreditation as required by the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) of 2008. Typically an extensive procedure that must be completed every three years, our enhanced online portal seeks to streamline this process for providers, making it much faster to provide the required documentation and complete approval.
In addition, our new web portal is designed to be much more intuitive and interactive for users, making it easier to fill out the information and upload supporting documents. The online form wizard streamlines the completion of sections based on previous responses, allowing providers to skip sections that do not apply to their facility.
The enhanced application portal also boasts greater multi-site efficiency: an imaging manager overseeing multiple sites can access all applications with a single login, and components of one application that apply to multiple sites only have to be entered once. Previous information is conveniently stored for when a provider needs to make updates or re-apply for accreditation.
In addition to streamlining the accreditation process, our portal offers several other benefits, including an educational approach to evaluating providers, technical component requirements designed to match each facility’s specific needs, and a low, straightforward pricing structure. Every incoming applicant is assigned a personalized account manager who is familiar with the applicant and their facility so that a provider never has to wait on hold in a call center to get a question answered!
